Eat whatever you want, at any time of the day provided that you are eating lean protein, at least initially. In fact, protein is the centerpiece in four phases, along with the oat bran, plenty of water and a daily walk of 20 minutes. Vegetables are allowed in the second stage, followed by small amounts of fruits and whole grains. Sounds familiar? It is very similar to the first Atkins diet.
